I am used to excellent cooking because of my father. He cooks the best Chinese food around. It is comparable to restaurants in California and China. Because of that, I am analytical when it comes to the food I eat in restaurants. I know a lot about sauces, flavorings, and presentation. Those are all important to me when I eat something.

Review:
The tuna tastes really great with the sauces. It is served on a small black plate. The color contrast on the plate looks good. The price seems a bit much for only 3 pieces, but then again, the pieces are small blocks of fish.
