I am used to excellent cooking because of my father. He cooks the best Chinese food around. It is comparable to restaurants in California and China. Because of that, I am analytical when it comes to the food I eat in restaurants. I know a lot about sauces, flavorings, and presentation. Those are all important to me when I eat something.

This sushi roll was a bit too creamy for my liking. The outside of the roll was also lightly torched and I could taste it... I liked the tuna part on this roll.

This boba drink was really tasty! The price is competitive with other local boba shops. The tapioca balls (boba) were really chewy which is what you aim for. I will definitely buy this again.

This crepe tasted like a Hawaiian pizza. The temperature was just right. The potatoes were good too but some were a bit crispy which I don't like. I think this dish should be a dollar cheaper.

I went to this restaurant for the first time and really liked it. I regularly eat Chinese food so I know what is good. The dishes I tried were Five Spice Beef Noodle Soup and Chicken Chow Mein. They both tasted really great. The noodles here are homemade and are soft and chewy. The flavors were really great. Prices are about $6 average. I will return to this restaurant many times.

Review:
I went to this restaurant for the first time and was not happy. The Schezuan Tofu dish was NOT original. They used julienned onion, melon, and carrot with plum sauce and sliced fried tofu. Authentic Schezuan Tofu would have cut up squares of soft tofu, ma la spicy sauce, ground beef, and many spices. The Fish Fillet with Snow Peas was quite tasty but had a bit of cornstarch. They could have used less. The beef chow mein had tough beef and too much soy sauce on the noodles.
The service was poor. The waitress took forever and was the only one there. She did not come to refill our drinks.
I will not return to this restaurant.
