Beef Udon Noodle Soup High Quality Japanese Udpn  on 5/27/2011 Taste: 5   Presentation: 5   Originality: 5 Review: I loved everything about this dish. The noodles tasted home made, the soup stock was delicious, and the beef actually tasted good. I'm so used to udon beef tasting plain, but this beef had a lot of flavor.

My friend got rice, but I thought the cous cous was delicious! Next time I come, I'm going to order a different fish with the cous cous. The fish was cooked well. It was good. I thought it could use some more seasoning though, but it was ok, since we could add our own sauce to it.

Spicy Tuna Volcano My Favorite Appetizer  on 5/27/2011 Taste: 5   Presentation: 5   Originality: 5 Review: This is so yummy. Last time I went, I ended up getting two orders of these. I was so full...but it was delicious.

Salmon Scallop Roll Lots of Salmon and Scallops  on 10/22/2010 Taste: 4   Presentation: 5   Originality: 4 Review: This tasted really creamy, probably because of the mayonnaise. I liked it a lot though. For people who don't like creamy rolls or mayonnaise, you might want to avoid this. The rolls here are really big, and I was full eating a roll and some sushi.

Spicy Tuna (Hand Roll) Had a lot of tuna.  on 10/22/2010 Taste: 5   Presentation: 4   Originality: 4 Review: This place is really generous with the amount of fish they give you. The spicy tuna hand roll was bigger than I expected. The rice was kind of warm though. I'm not sure if that's normal. Overall, a good eat!

Crab Cakes Very Delicious Crab Cakes  on 9/28/2010 Taste: 5   Presentation: 4   Originality: 4 Review: When they arrived, I took a bite, and it tasted really good. I usually don't like crab cakes. My friend decided to order it. However, I would order these again.

Buta Kakuni (Pork Belly) Another favorite!  on 8/8/2010 Taste: 5   Presentation: 5   Originality: 5 Review: This dish is so flavorful. The pork belly is cooked perfectly. It is cooked very long, so the oil in the fat is mostly gone. I love eating the fatty part. The potatoes that come with it also taste delicious. It is soaked in the sauce, so it carries that pork flavor.

Cheese Risotto Very unique and delicious.  on 8/8/2010 Taste: 5   Presentation: 5   Originality: 5 Review: This is my favorite dish to order. The cheese risotto is very flavorful. The presentation is really unique too, because they mix the risotto in a huge block of cheese, so the cheese melts into the rice as it is being mixed in.

Filete de pescado Encebollado Fish was cooked perfectly.  on 8/5/2010 Taste: 5   Presentation: 3   Originality: 4 Review: This dish was delicious, and I would order it again. The fish was cooked perfectly, so it was very tender and moist. I really like the black beans on top of the rice too. The plantains were also very good.

Honey BBQ Wings My secon favorite.  on 8/5/2010 Taste: 4   Presentation: 2   Originality: 3 Review: Out of all the flavors, this is my second favorite. It has a nice sweet bbq flavor.
