I was born and raised in Sacramento, Ca. The last 15 years, I've resided in Orange County. Growing up, my father cooked for us everyday. He would take us to restaurants and make us guess the ingredients in the dishes we ate. Okay, so he was always better than me when I was a child, but now I'd say I'm pretty good. Over the years I've learned volumes about food ingredients, the way different elements are prepared, refined taste, and overall heightening my awareness of the exact state of the food I am eating. I absolutely love food and feel that it is one of the greatest enjoyments in life next to children and snowboarding.

Vodka drinks. 		Picky About:
Sushi, dry-aged prime beef, oysters, freshness of seafood, and bread.

Taste: 3   Presentation: 3   Originality: 3 Review: So this dish was good, but the portion was too small. So that was disappointing.

Hot Spinach and Cheese Dip different, but awesome  on 9/6/2010
Taste: 5   Presentation: 3   Originality: 5 Review: So this dip was different from any I've had. It was light and refreshing made with fresh spinach. There was absolutely no grease and it was served with pita instead of chips. Gosh, it was just great!

Arrogant Bastard Cobb Salad I enjoyed this.  on 9/6/2010
Taste: 5   Presentation: 4   Originality: 3 Review: I love Cobb Salads and this one was delish! I ate the entire thing without one breath. I would eat this again because the ingredients were very fresh.

Overall: 4   Service: 4   Decor: 4   Clean: 4   Price: $$$$ Review: This makes a big profit off their little skewer dishes, but it is very good. I just love coming here and trying a taste of everything. Out of the 4 sister restaurants, this is the best one.

Overall: 2   Service: 3   Decor: 3   Clean: 3   Price: $$$ Review: Geez, I used to come here 3 times a week about 3 years ago. Ever since it changed owners, boy has this place gone down. We went for dim sum today and they narrowed down the dim sum selection to only 5-7 items. What happened? The dim sum was 1 - 2 days old and they were still serving it. Yuck! It was not fresh. I would not recommend coming here at all.
