I found out happy hour at this place is from 4pm to 9:30pm. I heard the place can get busy too, especially on the weekends. I came on a Tuesday night, and the place was still packed. The parking garage behind the restaurant was completely full.
Overall, the food was delicious. The fish tasted pretty good, and the prices were great! I would definitely come back.
