All the dim sum is freshly cooked and not pushed around on carts. They also have live fish, crabs, and lobster here. The price and quality are great. I would definitely come back here. It's actually called Happy Harbor Restaurant, but I guess is listed as Rowland Harbor Seafood Inc. online. Picky About: Sushi, dry-aged prime beef, oysters, freshness of seafood, and bread.
