Best Dim Sum Restaurant in the South Bay by Enoch on 7/29/2010 Overall: 5   Service: 4   Decor: 4   Clean: 3   Price: $$$ Review: Actually, this might be the only dim sum place in the south bay that I know of, but their food is really good. Whenever I crave for dim sum, I go here. Sometimes I get items that aren't hot, and they are always happy to replace it with a fresh piping hot one. I'm not sure why, but they charge for tea here...
