Lunch is about few dollars less. Mr. Shige prepares the dish, yes you want him to do it not the young man who works along side at the sushi bar. Mr. Shige uses only fresh fish and other ingredients for this wonderful cold fish dish. You can taste the freshness of each piece and sometimes a few pieces specially prepared may surprise your taste buds. I rate this dish A over the Special Chirashi dish by Mikuni Restaurant on Hazel Ave. a "B". Picky About: Good Chinese dishes and American dishes if the price is high.
