Just a fresh artichoke cut in halves with some seasoning, then put on a hot grill but its so heavenly! The amazing sauce that you dip the artichoke into is so wonderful! I always ask for extra sauce so I can use it on my burger, fries or vegetable in my entree! Picky About: Dim Sum
