Taste: 5   Presentation: 5   Originality: 5 Review: This dish is so flavorful. The pork belly is cooked perfectly. It is cooked very long, so the oil in the fat is mostly gone. I love eating the fatty part. The potatoes that come with it also taste delicious. It is soaked in the sauce, so it carries that pork flavor.
