Review: I've always wondered how some places manage to mess up caprese. Its not exactly a complicated dish. But it takes a few things to make it very very good -- good and FRESH mozzarella, a good choice of balsamico and FRESH juicy tomatoes. Capellini had just the right blend of all the ingredients to make for a fantastic start to my meal.

BTW, the bread her is great as well!
