Review: I was shocked with the presentation of this dish. The fish pieces were cut big ( my feeling is that the chef is not skilled in cutting or it could be the chef is generous with the fish that day). The varieties were not there. They are not consistent each time you order this dish. So I want to warn the next person ordering this. The rice under the fish is warm (this is a warning that the chef does not know what he is doing or shows no respect to how a Japanese dish should be prepared. As the cold cust of fish is being warmed up by the warm rice under you see the blood of the fish staining the rice! Very un appetitising! The chef needs to go back to cooking academy and relearn to respect the dish. As far as the total quantity, there were not enough variety of pieces to please your appetite for what you pay for the dish. Over all I was kind of mad at the chek that what a lazy person sloppily prepared my Chirashi. I would not come back here again.
Picky About: Good Chinese dishes and American dishes if the price is high.
