This is not a true Philly beef. It should be called a roast beef sandwich

Review:
So what is the difference? A true philly beef should be prepared from raw slices of some kind of steak meat including the rib eye steak. It is cooked to order with fresh ingredients. But here at Annie's, what you get is slices of roast beef (they could not even do thin slices, the thickness I had could be thinned down at least 50%)already cooked and then they make it look like a Philly beef by grilling the already cooked slices of roast beef and let there be some burned color. I could not tell if the onion and green bell peppers were already pre-cooked. I would not be surprised if they were. So this dish was poorly prepared and is not a traditional Philly beef sandwich. Be on the alert!. By the way, even the roast beef tasted dry, however it had some flavor to them. The bread was fresh. I still would not recommend this dish.

Good Chinese dishes and American dishes if the price is high.
